SERVICE STANDARD
SERVICE STANDARD INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONER (12 STEPS)

Step 1 : Introduce yourself, inform the working process and prepare all the installation equipment to the location

step 2 : Choose the appropriate location for air conditioning
Indoor unit: choose the appropriate location that can generate the air flow to every corner
of the room and having some space sufficiently for the later service
Outdoor unit: should be
install to the great location that keep dry clean and away from sun shading. Also having some
space sufficiently for the later service. It should not be install near gas, sea, or fuel.
While outdoor unit is working, it has some noise then try to find some space not to bothering
your neighbor.

Step 3 : Clarify the working process to your customer

step 4 : Starting to install the indoor unit first

Step 5 : Install the outdoor unit

step 6 : Connect the refrigerant pipe between indoor and outdoor unit

Step 7 : Install the electronic parts of air conditioning

step 8 : Check for the leaks

Step 9 : Vacuuming

step 10 : Covering the drill and install the insulating sheet of the refrigerant

Step 11 : Recheck the working process of air conditioner and turn on the power

SERVICE STANDARD CLEANING SERVICE OF AIR CONDITIONER (19 STEPS)

Step 1 : Introduce yourself

step 2 : Check the room and serial number of the air conditioner

Step 3 : Check the air conditioner condition and working process

step 4 : Inform the service charge to the customer before cleaning

Step 5 : Use the burlap to cover all the furniture and some area that might be wet from cleaning process

step 6 : Remove the a/c panel, electronic parts and draining tray of the air conditioner

Step 7 : Use the covering set to cover the air conditioner before cleaning

step 8 : Cleaning indoor unit, motor blades, draining tray with high pressure water pump
9
Step 9 : Clean the panel, front covering, filter and draining tray

step 10 : Use the blower to dry all the parts

Step 11 : Install all the parts back to work

step 12 : Clean the outdoor unit and all the area surrounding with high pressure water pump until it all clean

step 13 : Test the working of air conditioner

Step 14 : Cleaning all the working area

step 15 : Inform your customer to check the air conditioner

step 16 : Advice the user-guide and easy maintenance to the customer
